By car

From the N334 take the exit Giethoorn-Middenbuurt. Look for the signs ‘P route Giethoorn-gele zone (yellow zone) Midden’. For navigation: Binnenpad 14 (P1 yellow) or 1 (free P2 yellow). After walking approximately 140/400 m. you will find Binnenpad 28.

By car

From the N334 take the exit Giethoorn-Centrum: ‘P route Giethoorn-groene zone (green zone) Centrum’. For navigation: Hylkemaweg 39 (free P2 green). After walking 400 m (at the church to the left, see signs you will find Binnenpad 28.

By public transport

Get off the bus at the Giethoorn-Centrum stop (Ds. Hylkemaweg). Follow this road until you reach the church. Then turn left and walk along the water on the Binnenpad until you reach number 28. Look out for the signs.

By bike

When you arrive in Giethoorn, follow the signs until you reach Binnenpad 28.

On foot

Article 1. Realization of the agreement

1. The person who enters into the agreement on behalf of or for the benefit of the group (the customer) is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from this agreement.

Article 2. Payment

2.1 The travel sum must be in the possession of vof Mol/G., as stated in the confirmation, before the start, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 3. Travel sum

3.1 Included in the published travel sum, everything under the heading Including described matters.
3.2 Not included in the travel price:
a) the transport, unless otherwise agreed in writing;
b) the costs of travel luggage, travel accidents, medical expenses and cancellation insurance;
c) possibly additional costs for extra drinks and materials used.
3.3 The costs referred to under 3.2 point c are settled by the customer on the day itself with the relevant supplier.
3.4 Unless otherwise stated, all published prices are per person.
3.5 The published prices are based on the prices and conditions as known at the time the programs were drawn up. Vof Mol/G. reserves the right to change the price before the booking is made if there is reason to do so due to a price increase from third parties, including the applicable VAT regulations.

Article 4. Changes by the participant(s)
The reservation can be changed by the customer if and insofar as this is possible.

Article 5. Cancellations

5.1 If a reservation is canceled or changed, the following amounts will be charged per reservation, unless otherwise agreed:
a) in case of cancellation more than one month before the said time, max. €100.-.
b) in the event of cancellation more than 14 days before the said time, 50% of the reservation sum.
c) in the event of cancellation more than three days before the said time, 75% of the reservation sum.
d) in the event of cancellation less than three days before the said time, 100% of the reservation sum.
5.2 Cancellations must be made in writing and dated.
5.3 Reduction of the number of participants for packages within a margin of 10% can be made free of charge up to 2 working days before departure at the latest 12:00 noon, after which the last known group size applies. For reductions in the number of participants greater than 10%, the cancellation provisions (see 5.1) will be applied.

Article 6. Not continuing the program; changes by vof Mol/G.

6.1 If due to circumstances, which exclusively affect the own business operations of vof Mol/G. are located, by vof Mol/G. it is decided that the program will not take place or that changes will be made to it, compulsory vof Mol/G. to immediately notify the customer.
6.2 In the event of cancellation, the vof will oblige Mol/G. in this case, to immediate repayment of the reservation sum already paid (in whole or in part).

Article 7

7.1 Vof Mol/G. reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and the accompanying accommodation when making arrangements, if there are good reasons to do so.
7.2 Vof Mol/G. accepts no responsibility for photos, brochures and further information material, insofar as published by third parties.

Article 8. Liability

8.1 By vof Mol/G. unless this is due to intent and/or gross negligence on the part of vof Mol/G. is attributable, no liability is accepted for damage as a result of death, injury, accident, injury, destruction, loss or theft caused during or during rental, accommodation or arrangements as a result of the tour.
8.2 Vof Mol/G. accepts no liability for the costs already incurred by the customer as insurance premiums, if an arrangement cannot take place.
8.3 If and insofar as timely payment is not made, the customer is in default without any notice of default being required. 8.4 If the customer is in default, he must reimburse all costs related to the collection, both judicial and extrajudicial.
